After experimenting with allot of the features in SB i noticed there are one or two small things missing that would complete this for me, firstly in the automaton plugin there seems to be no way of deleting duplicate proxies when you scrape them for a first time, this is a little bit of a concern when you scrape 250K~ and when you run a filter it gets down to 16k.... but there is no way to filter it automatically.

Secondly the rank tracker plugin seems to not work after a large scrape. When i run a scrape of around 1k keywords and then run a second one it dose not pull any information, even when i check to see the state of the proxies they seem to still be working so i was getting rather confused by this, but i found you have to wait up to 6-8 hours before it seems to be able to scrape again. P.S. This only seems to happen to google searches, bing and yahoo work grate.

Hi all,

I've just installed Whois Scraper addon (v. 2.1.0.3) and it doesn't have connection/threads settings.

All the tutorials/videos I found about this plugin show the field where you can set connection limit (up to 500), but in mine the setting is simply not there.

I have 1k good SOCKS proxies, but with 1 thread it will take me ages to scrape the WHOIS for the amount of domains I have.

Can something be done with this? Am I missing something?

Haven't used RT in awhile. Updated it and put in a website of mine and a couple of keywords I know I'm ranking well for.

After running it live, it didn't list me as being #1 like I was for one of my keywords, in fact it doesn't list me at all.

When it finishes the search, I can click on that keyword and it shows the top 10 URLs on the right and sure enough my site is right there at a the top, but RT doesn't reflect that on the left, just shows a - symbol for the rank.

I've ticked the "check for subpages" box as it is a subpage that's ranking.
I've also tried with both proxies and no proxies, no difference. Any ideas here?

For example:

expected results would be:

I've been tinkering with BuzzSumo and love way it can show who is linking to the most influential content for any niche. I then grab the list of who is linking and hand it over to my VA to make contact with the key influencers to try and get them enthusiastic about linking to my own blog posts. Lovely jubbly.

But as with a lot of great services like BuzzSumo I can't help but wonder if ScrapeBox could perform the same function?

So far I've got as far as scraping blogs using my target keywords, then using the Moz PA and DA authority checker to rank the results in order of who should be approached first. Then I run the social checker as another quality metric.

But the results so far are junk, the relevance is miles off compared to BuzzSumo.

Am I missing something obvious or are my footprints just rubbish? I have used Scrapebox a fair amount but have never actually used it for scraping!

I'm selecting blogs in the platforms bit, then using the keyword suggester to rustle up a good number of keywords, then scraping. But the results aren't relevant to my niche.

I've attached a screenshot example, although I've plucked a keyword out of thin air (not my niche).

Where am I going wrong? I know this is a newbie question, but should I put something in the top box? I've tried intitle:fresh air but results still weren't relevant.

Hi everyone!

I am trying to setup harvester to scrape Yandex results.

I noticed that in earlier posts and videos by Loopline Yandex was a part of 10 default engines. I just upgraded to ScrapeBox 2, and see about 30 default engines for some reason not containing Yandex among them.

Here are the screenshots of settings that I use:



and



I've also attached the export file for the settings above to this post.

When I try to test these settings, I get "No links could be retrieved" message.

I would appreciate any assistance with setting up this engine.

Is there a reason Yandex was removed from the default list of engines?

Is there an addon/tool/trick to find out which URLs scrapebox harvested for which keywords?

I think this functionality will come quite handy when you analyze the results.

Ideally, a "Keyword" column in Harvested Urls part of scrapebox will do it.

Hi everybody,
I'm using scrapebox version 2 and though the number I put in the results box is 1000 I'm only getting 100 urls per keyword. Sometimes it gets to over 100 a little bit like 110. I'm scraping keywords with no footprints.

Is there any setting I'm missing in the new 2.0 scrapebox?

Hi, I'm using "email grabbing by crawling a site" and it stops grabbing after not that long. I tried twice, one time reaching 176k URLs, this time 161k.

The scrape shows no errors or other signs. It just plain stops (the number of urls and emails doesn't change anymore)

Any solution to this issue?

when i click on start it says "login to server", whcih I wonder what server is and if it needs some kind of account. Im guessing it must be a free server from which it downloads the list of available servers but in my case ot appears is always none

doesnt work at all, and Ive tried it with and without proxies and with several different KWs

what am I missing? could it be that it doesnt work on v2?

Hi i've been using Scrapebox to scrape top 20 urls for a large list of keywords (like 1000). I have 5 private proxies on rotation, however i'm noticing they stop working after 200-300 keywords.

I was wondering if there are anyways to improve this without purchasing more proxies by changing the settings around in Scrapebox. I'm fine with leaving on the tool over night and for a long period of time.

Im looking to scrape facebook page urls from a list of urls i have. Im just wondering how i would do this as each website is different so the custom data grabber would probably not work?... unless it can recognise anywhere on the page http://www.facebook.com/XXXXX ?
