I purchased the Rank Tracker plugin a few months ago, but haven't gotten around to trying it out until now. I am having some problems with it though. It says the version I currently have installed is v2.0.0.24, and that there is a newer v.2.0.0.25 available. However when I try to update it, I get the "installing updates" window for about a minute or so, then it just disappears and the plugin is not updated.
Also, when I try to run a project in the plugin, it looks like it's running for a bit, but it's returning no results whatsoever. When I click on any of the keywords, there is no data displayed to the right or in the chart down below.
Ok, I rebooted my computer and was able to get the update to Rank Tracker installed. But I am not getting any data at all for Google, just Yahoo and Bing.
I made one project with a popular forum along with some related keywords, and was able to see some ranking data from Yahoo and Bing for it, but no Google. I also made another project for a new site I am about to launch, which doesn't really have any rankings yet, and I'm not getting any data at all across the three engines. Shouldn't it at least show my competitors URLs even though I am not ranking yet?
