Help with connection, please?

Hello, my case is kinda complicated (at least i guess).

Here on my work (government), we have a company that are responsable for the the network, but they block most sites, and games related, that's my problem.
I'm in a project with my buddy (soon i'll be a social communication bachelor, and he will be games designer bachelor). He create ad's games, like those on youtube, and others.
Well, i have a lot of free time. He send me some links to see things game-related (i'm designer), and i can't open because it's all blocked.
They use a Mcafee blocker, and they block most of things i need.

Well, i use proxy websites in most of cases, but they don't work to flash games (everything i need). How you think i can bypass it?

PS1 : The reverse IP are out02.al.rs.gov.br

PS2 : I was on proxy configuration on mozilla, and there is "proxyng" and port "8080".

I can't install VPN here too, at least i couldn't.

What do you guys recommend to me?
