Cant access my PayPal Transaction ID

Hello,

I have a 1.16.4 version of ScrapeBox installed on my computer and want to update in last version of Scrapebox on the same computer.
I know my Scrapebox ID, Scrapebox FullName and PayPal Email Adress, but unfortunately cant access to my PayPal Transaction ID. I can not have this last information.
I sent emails to support@scrapebox.com but they repeat me the same response : log in to your paypal account and find your Transaction ID. But I cant access to my old paypal account.

A idea ?
