The problem is that when i use the custom harvester with my proxies it will get stuck on "Getting proxies..." but when i use it with the proxies scraped by scrapebox it works fine. I scrape google.fr using french proxies so maybe this could be the reason. I will pay the person that helps me solve this problem.
