Error: some or all required data is missing

Im just moved Scrapebox to another pc but can not use Fast Poster. When a try, this message appears: some or all required data is missing. Interesting is I can use Slow Poster.
Tried to review all configuration... What am I missing?

Another issue.
When I try to transfer urls list from harvest to comment poster, although transfered message appears, nothing is transfered to comment poster box and field "select list of blogs" remains empty.

I used to work with Scrape Box for several months in another pc without these issues.

Please help.
