Need some general tips and tricks

Guys and girls

Need a little help please for a newbie to save a hrs of crawling through forums and posting numerous threads. Thought I'd get a few general Q's in now to get me going in the right direction...

OK, Need to scrape to collect email address for a few categories i.e Take aways in Uk for my business.

I'll only need to scrape and create the email databases once generally. Should I but some proxies for the month that I'll need them or is there a better way.
How many proxies would I need? Private or shared.

Ive tried using the Yell plug in but only get 150 results but theres around 29000 on yell.com(what am I doing wrong)?

What are the best places to scrape generally, Yell.com google etc, any other places?

Any one on here do one to one advice for a fee to help me set everything up correctly.....lots of Q's for this and email campaign software etc.

I am trying to find expired web 2.0 but having problem with the alive checker.

using the same URL I get different results every time. I have tried leaving the default codes from live checker and changing the code to 404 but the results remain inconsistent. Can anyone point me in the right direction

I just watched the video on your contact form poster and having never used it before would like a little advice if possible please.

I would like to submit details to forms such as this here:

On random websites all with direct links to form pages I already scraped those and identified them using the page scanner.

What would be the best way to set this up as its more of a custom set up compared to all the pre loaded sites I see in SB.

Just to add to this the data I would like to submit would not be random but what I would like to use like name, telephone number and email etc.

I prefer private proxies but anyway I have been struggling for finding the right proxies, with the right balance of threads vs delay in seconds. I have tried a handful of proxy providers and usually pick a 25 pack and have not been able to get ones that can check a list of urls to see if they are indexed. I don't care if it takes a week to check the links but someone here has I am sure picked some private proxies and found the right settings to set for those proxies. What I am asking is if anyone can share these three things:

Proxy provider (and how many proxies), Delay in seconds after each request, and Connections Index Check thread number.

Anyone?
